is it possible or even probable that AC liquid can severly weaken the white plasitic in the bottom of a 510 atty?
i find that after vaping AC in a 510 atty for 2-3 days that im having problems cleaning my atty... to the point that it basically seem completely clogged, but the atty does not need any further cleaning.

i dont see me ever giving up the AC liquid, i just need to know if i need to order many replacment attys.

Thanks

Worm, most likely the white plastic piece at the battery end of the atomizer has closed up due to heat rather than from the liquid itself.

This is unusual, but can happen in the 510 atty. Usually this happens with new vapers who have NTS (New Toy Syndrome). Chain vaping with the new toy :p overheats the atomizer and causes the plastic airway piece to deform.

This thread (which has terrific pics of the inside of the atomizer) also discusses this phenomenon. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modders-forum/48467-510-atty-disassembly.html (see post #5). Try a paper clip or large needle to (carefully) open it back up.

Many of us find it is pretty easy to over heat the atty to red hot (especially when vaping something yummy like AC!!). If you can't get the airway to open back up, I'd suggest ordering new attys. Everyone vapes differently, so some just over heat attys more than others.

Regarding the TV AC. I've not heard of any problems reported with the liquid from TV, or the AC and atomizer issues. I did see someone post in a thread some concerns (then someone else soaked a plastic carto in the juice with no results to the plastic). http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...82687-atomic-fireball-cinnacide-concerns.html

Also in that same thread (very last post) was a video about a greencig cartridge with A/C in it and they didn't know if it had made the cartomizer get soft. Nobody responded to it.

I did a pretty good Google search through the forum and couldn't find an instance of anyone else reporting that there was atomizer damage from A/C liquid. It is possible, but nobody has confirmed it.

Keep us informed?
