If you don't like filling cartridges, try cartomizers. They're a bit more expensive but hold a lot more juice and eliminate the need for a separate atomizer, at $8 per 5 pack they're great but they don't last as long as an atty.

That kinda confuses me.. Isnt cartomizers the same thing as a empty cartridge but its prefilled.??? My kit came with 5 pre filled cartridges. I dont feel as if they last as long as when I fill them my self. I also dont know what you mean by "eliminate the need for a seperate atomizer"?

cartomizer is a a word smash of a cartridge and an atomizer. It is just as it sounds, a semi-sealed cart and atty all in one. It is a lower quality disposable atty at the business end of a cartridge that can be refilled as long as the atty is still kicking but will require a syringe to refill through a little hole. unlike a cartridge it is not a pull-apart 2 peice section.

Jons, your thinking of the prefilled cartridges. Cartomizers are a different beast. Their larger than a cart but smaller than an atomizer and cartridge put together. As he said, it eliminates the need for an atomizer since its built into the cartridge. Personally, I love them. They seem to last forever once you fill them up, while on my regular carts I am constantly topping off and just prefer to drip at that point.

Cartomizers are, as dcmos and Daemonz said, a cartridge with an atomizer built in. They hold a lot more juice and need refilling less often. The drawback is that they are considered disposable and may last a few days to a few weeks, you never know until it goes out on you. They are more compact than a cart/atty setup which is an advantage to some. They aren't hard to fill if you get the soft cap type, just pry off the white cap and drip a bunch of liquid into it, then put the cap back on and you're ready to go. Three of these will last me almost all day. At around $8 for a 5 pack they are well worth trying. Some people love them and use them exclusively, others prefer the cart/atty. Personally I use carto's while on the go, but atty's and carts at home.
If you're interested in trying cartomizers they sell them most places that have e-cig supplies, here's where I get mine:

Another way to look at it is that some people like their 510's this way: battery + atomizer + cartridge (3 parts and you can get the cartridges pre-filled or fill them yourself). OR...battery + cartomizer (2 parts and the cartomizer can come prefilled or you can get "blank" ones and fill them with juice yourself). Some lingo you may already know:
cart = cartridge (these can also come completely empty and you put in the stuffing and juice yourself)
cartomizer or carto = an atomizer and a cartridge in one
atty = atomizer
