510 atmys old or new

after 3 month doing 2 atmys I took a new one, it could make more vapor but at the same time it pass more air than the old one and have less flavor than the old one, the old one test more close to a real cigarette than the new one.

Do you agree with me?

Ya I seem to get more flavor out of the old atty too more so then a new one. I prefer the draw from an old atty too it's more closer to a analog.

I like the old broken in ones better. I rotate through about 6 and have new ones stockpiled for hard times

I have two atty's for the 510. One is brand new and the other is about two months used. For awhile I thought my used atty was dying and the suction (drag) was hard. I was not drawing air in very well. Then I switched over to the PTB filler and it worked miracles. But come to find out that while the PTB is a better wicking material the old polly fill was not the reason for less air intake (or clogged atty). And my atty wasn't clogged. It was the amount of wicking in the cartridge.

The standard polly fill was touching the bridge of my atty which dampened the air intake. I cut some of the polly fill down so it wouldn't touch the atty bridge and it now the air flow is much better. Ofcourse I found out about this after switching to PTB filler.

As far as the new atty. I like using my old atty for now and will just keep the new one for backup.

Yes liscab, I like well broken in attys better than new ones. I have one that i adore and I will shed a tear when it dies.

I was hopping to be miss underestood and be asked to give my new atmys for old ones, but definitely I am not the only crazy one who love old atmys

I got two atties with my starter kit and just ordered two more. I know which one in which because the broken in one already has chips in the paint from falling out of my apron pocket at work. Once I broke one of them in, the other atty has been benched in my PCC just in case. I can definately tell which is which and the workhorse atty is a champ.

Yes me too! I've been using the same two (one for carts and one for dripping) for over 4months now and just recently broke out a new one to try with my carts. Definitely like the old one better. Will hate to see it go. It has served me well.

I just had a funeral for my favorite 302 penstyle atty yesterday... nicely saturated with coffee and gave a nice perfect draw. It gave me 4 months of wonderful vapor so at least lived a long life.

It was a sad day.
