This 510 atty wasn`t performing all that great so it got donated to this flashlight atty mod idea I wanted to try. And it works great so far. Still being tested for last-ability and all things like battery drain ect.

I had made a mod out of a 3 AAA battery flashlight and had 9 led lights from doing that. So I gutted out a 510 atomizer then connected one light in stuck it all back together and now attached it to my keychain Flash light mod. Never know when you will need a light.
With this mod you will always have one with your pv.

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong area but it was a atomizer. :)

I think this is in the right place, it is after all an atty mod...

I thought about doing this with a single LED however reconsidered after thinking about trying to fumble around for the flashlight atty in the dark. Great minds think alike I guess?

Any pictures?

Hi SethG,
I have this one on a key chain with it`s partner the spare backup pv and will always be right there hanging around ready for use.

There should have been 3 pictures in my post but they can also be seen at photobucket in this album.

Nice job. I made one of those. Still need to make the led for it. @danlisi I made mine with only one extra part. (the 510 bat connector. I drilled out the existing silver flashlight lens got a short 510 bat connector from madvapes (the short one is needed). Then cut a finishing nail and put it through the hole in the connector and put a drop of solder on it to make contact with the battery. and glued the connector in the hole. It's that easy! Had to adjust the copper strip attached to the button to get a good action but other than that it took 5 min. Oh and I had to cut the spring down because the 10440 battery is longer than a aaa. I get a flashlight with every order so for $1-2 connector you have a PV!

Edit I forgot to mention I put a drop of solder on the end of the copper strip so when you push the button it has to travel less to make contact with the connector.
