Have had my 510 pv from cignot for about 2weeks now i think its awesome only issue i've had is that the wicks are starting to pop of out the side of the bridge on the atomizer and i fear that this will some how effect its preformance. just wondering if i should be worried and order new atomizers or if there is some way to fix it thanks!

I think you're right that the wicking does come out a little bit with use--I suspect it's juice "remnants" sticking to the outsides of the individual fibers, but that's a total guess. I think you'll experience some loss of performance no matter what, but it's an interesting theory that the expanding wicks are a substantial contributor--a theory that I don't think I've seen before.

I've been smoking my 510 for almost a week and I encountered this same problem today. I thought it was crystallized juice and cartridge fuzz. So I pulled it all out and cleaned up the attys, only to find that they didn't work anymore. I was freaking out and posting like crazy this afternoon. A few people here helped me get to the bottom of it (Thank you!). And now I have two drip only attys.

They work just as good but I can't use tea bagged carts (or foam for that matter) anymore. I can only drip with them. Kind of a bummer but I'm liking the dripping technique so far.

I ordered two new attys for driving and other times when it's inconvenient to drip. But i think dripping is my new at home way to vape! Thanks again to the fellow vapers who came to my rescue this afternoon.:D

Ive had my cignot 510 attys for 3 months and they all work fine still - some have the wicking stuff sticking out a bit, some don't - doesn't seem to affect them ( they all seem to get a little softer on draw over time). Don't be temted to mess with them; you will for sure mess up the atty unless you ONLY want to drip with it. I do only drip but I dont want to limit my options by removing them all the same :)
*The only thing Ive done with one that got too soft to draw on well is run it under hot running water, then blow it out HARD from both ends, and let it rest cart end down on a paper towel for around 48 hours. It seemed fine after that - took a few refills/puffs on it to get it good again though.

ill try the running water over one of my attys. sadly one of my atty's the bridge is kicked to the left/right depending on how you look at it and it melted the cart i had in it today luckly it was in my pocket and not my mouth. But i talk to terri and she's gonna send me a new atty and an return envelope so i can mail the defected one back. sorta looks like the leaning tower of piza=PCignots CS is awesome =) One thing is my one good atty ive started dripping and if i put 2 drops in it some times leaks out from where the batt and atty connect idk if thats from the wick starting to slowly pic out the side.

I'm wondering.... I've seen a bunch of people saying they're boiling their atomizers - I, for one, don't advise that because of the possibility of disturbing the wicking/threading, and as someone early on pointed out 'water, electricity'?? lol. But if you do use water dry thoroughly. I use 151 vodka when I do clean attys which is rarely now. It dries ultra fast.

Anyway, I'd just leave it as it is.

I've never had this problem, but I hear it is fairly common.
Everyone says you can just gently push it back to the middle with a toothpick or something.
