Am I only one having this problem? Woow, strange... but anyway something has changed after 48 hours of constant LED on. It has suddenly turned off. Probably total battery discharge or something, who knows? I put battery back into charger in it flashes few times as normally and started to charge... wooow! It will probably work again. I will is soon let you know. Maybe my problems will help somebody in future.

Cleaning cycle is a myth. It was created to explain why the DSE901 v1 and v2 came on all by them selves and burned up your cart/atty. The problem has been fixed in the V3.

Try sucking on the led end softly. Many of the autobatteries use what is basicaly a tiny microphone. The thin membrane (basicaly like cellophane) may have cinkled a little and gotten stuck. Either blowing on the threaded end or sucking on the LED end may reposition the cellophane and fix it.

Hope this helps.
