510 auto battery problem.

I put two drops on my atty and the it must have leaked into the battery because it started acting nuts by cutting off after 2 seconds and the back on again and it doesn't activate immediately when I drag on it.

I tried letting it dry out and then charging it, and now it acts somewhat better except it still cuts off after 2 seconds and then turns right back on.

Is it ruined or is it fixable?

I've had 2 different auto batteries (8084 & M401) do the same thing. 1 after a day of use and 1 never did work. I just considered them defective and returned them.

Thats exactly what they do. You can fool around with it all you want and see what happens, but when my auto 510's are gone, they're just gone. They act totally crazy and just dont ever work again.

I have had several auto batteries and all of them went bad where as the manual batteries are much better. I no longer use auto batteries.
