510 Batteries Vs. 808D Batteries ?

What is the diffrence between 510 batteries and 808D batteries and also what fits in what and all that stuff, please help

The main difference is just in the connector threading used to attach juice carrying devices. Small adaptors, which fit between the two, are available inexpensively to connect a 510-thread battery to an 808 attachment, and vice versa, to allow compatibility between the two different threaded devices.

Hi Light Snow. Welcome to the ECF. The 510 in your question is a thread pattern, this way you know what accessories go with what in other words 510 cartomizer--->510 threaded battery. Same goes for the 808. 808battery--->808cartomizer. They do not interchange without some sort of thread adaptor. Now the user differences are this. Usually the 510 is a lower voltage and lower mAh(use time) device than the comparable 808 units. Most 510s are~3.4v and ~200mAh, most kr808d-1(whole model number) are ~3.7v and ~250mAh.....

On a slim battery model(less than 450 mAh) of either thread type you should have a cartomizer no less than 2.5ohms. The lower ohm load cartomizers and attachments are for the larger versions, most often an eGo style unit and most often 510 threaded.
