510 battery dead after charging?

I just got (my first) 510 PCC kit and it came with two manual batteries. They both worked great until I put them in and charged them. Now when I try to use them I get 10 flashes of the LED at the end and nothing.

I also bought two extra batteries (red LED), and I've charged both of them in the same PCC, and they still work great. It's just the two that came with the kit that are dead - which doesn't make any sense to me. If it was a compatibility issue, it seems like it would be the batteries that didn't come with the kit. WTF?

Any help? Suggestions? Do I call the vendor?

I'd try cleaning the thread well on the batteries, if that doesn't work contact the supplier. Sometimes the extra batteries and the ones in the kit come from 2 different batches. Hope you get a resolve, let us know!

i have had the same problem with my 510 bats as well, when i bought them from totaly wicked you just contact the vendor and thell replace them youll just have to send the old ones back.... it is a hassel, easier to just call it a loss and order a new bat from a diffrent vendor so at least you know its from a diffrent batch
