Is my RN 4072 battery dead?

Just got a RN 4072 Kit. I charged both battery's. One battery works great, the other battery does not produce any vapor. The bad battery lights up fine, but won't heat the atomizer...

From looking at other threads, it seems that I have a dead battery. Am I correct? It seems odd that the LED would light up on a dead battery...

Scratch that post, I fixed the problem...

I stuck a paper clip in the hole on the battery and raised up the connection...problem solved!
