510 battery has lasted only about 15 min. Is this normal?

Just out of curiosity bought a new 510 short battery to try with 510 BOGE standard cartomizers.
Charged it for 5-6 hours (actually the battery came pre-charged already). A light started to blink and the battery went dead after only 15 min of use. Recharged again and the same 10-15 min before the battery went dead. I tried a different cartomizers with this battery.
Is this normal for 510 batteries to consider they are only 180mHA?

It's looks like the battery is dying. It doesn't last more than a few puffs. I have to recharge it every 30sec . I've been using this battery for a little more than a week for about 30 min per day. The seller has only 7 days warranty and this is genuine Joye 510 battery . No more 510 stuff for me. Cartomizers,batteries are POJ. I have 808D-1 for more than a month and heavenly using it every day for 5-6 hours and it's still running strong. The same with 808D-1 cartomizers. Only one has burned yesterday after more than month of usage (3.7-5.2V).

The 510 battery should last a little longer than 15 minutes.Even being 180 mah, Mine last alot longer then 15 minutes and they are a least 6 months old.

It should definitely last longer than that. If I took mine off the charger around 9 in the morning, it wouldn't start to blink until around 5 or 6 pm. Since it's new, I'd contact whoever you got it from about getting it replaced.

that's exactly why I gave up on the joye 510..........I've got the 20, 510 charger and had to keep them all charged, at all times. It sucked.

I left this battery in the charger for a few minutes and the charger died (not switching light anymore) and the battery was an extremely hot. Probably a faulty battery. Like I said before I bought it only to get some general idea about 510 batteries and because I was looking for something shorter than 808D batteries.
