All 510 threaded "pieces" should fit each other, the "510" is a designation for the threads. The only thing I'm aware of is that some 510 batteries won't take the "tank" atomizer, because the threads are recessed into the atomizer.

I'm assuming you mean will the Joye 510 batteries work with your Yeti cartomizers/carts? They should fit just fine.

Please note I have no experience with the Yeti. I'm just guessing based on the 510 threading.

Thanks. I was leaning towards the fact it would work, but can never be sure with the branded items. Yes I was wondering about batteries working with my cartomizers. Looking to pick up a usb pass thru and maybe an extra battery or two.

Those tank systems are intriging me, but after experiencing the leaky 801s , I'm a bit leary of the larger carts and tanks.

Thanks again.

If you have 510 threads and want to mix brands then you need of be aware of these things

1. Some non-Joye 510-threaded models are opposite polarity and their chargers will fry a real 510 battery (two examples - FS510 and Blu). So you need to be a bit wary about your charger unless you understand polarity indications on the charging cable you have and can compare to a normal 510 charger's polarity labeling. Or you could ask AltSmoke or wherever you got the Yeti if its charger is compatible with standard 510 batteries. Atomizers and cartos don't care about polarity.

2. Fat battery models like Ego and Riva 510 use their own fast charger cable you cannot charge slim 510 batteries on (it can damage them)

3. Slim 510 batteries should not use LR low resistance atomizers or cartomizers (those are for batteries 400mah or larger)

Good info. Thanks. Can't say I really get all the polarity stuff, but suffice to say I will double check before mixing batteries and chargers.

My next model will most likely be the ego. Just not ready for the non traditional cig style yet. I tend to carry mine like a pen in hand all day or in my pocket. Never far from my reach. Its a security blanket type thing for me. Some models while I am sure perform well are just too big to be pactical for me.

Thanks again for the info.
