Not sure exactly what you're looking for - a plug that accepts usb to be used in a car or a charger where you can screw the battery in that can be used in a car - here's some options.
If you're using a wall plug it should be rated at 1amp output at least but one less (.5amps) it will still work but not as well. Same with cig lighter. These are so rated.
Check out the totally wicked site. They have a car charger for the Titan (510). plugs into the side (dc) of the wall charger.
The PCC starter kit also has a car charger.
The 510 battery will fit into an RN4081 USB charger clamp style. The clamp style charger does not rely on the threads to screw in. (501 & 4081 have different thread pitches.)
1 USB clamp style charger + 1 12v car adapter = 1 car charger.

I stumbled upon this site after looking for affordable, 510-intended products for the car. I am new to the whole E-Cigarette thing, and I just picked up a 510 mega kit. Can't wait until it arrives!!

Just so you know, you have to know the output amps on these and there is no indication on the links what that might be. The reason is, is that many use these for 'passthroughs' - not just for charging and you need at least 1amp to run a passthrough. See here:
