Hi, is there anyone who can explain the danger of draw adjustment by turning the slot on the battery end of the cartomizer?

I find the draw i take is too airy and can be fixed by turning the slot 1 turn clockwise carefully. I've experimented with 4 so far, 2 successfully adjusted to get proper draw, 1 gave me a strange flavour and the last one died and took the life of my protected battery.

Anyone care to share an opinion? Or perhaps EM can take action and produce cartomizer with more draw resistance.

Thanks

The piece you are turning is attached to the wire which runs up the middle of the cartomizer. If you turn it it you risk breaking the wire to the coil (Resulting in dead carto) or worse, it could short against the side (resulting in dead battery)
Not every slot is designed to take a screwdriver;)

That's fast...

Yeah, i had both dead carto and dead battery caused by turning the slot, but also have great result on draw and flavor by turning it a full turn clockwise.

With no slot turning, i can't seem to get the right feel and flavor...
