510 Cartomizer Soft Caps, refill

I've used the 510 cartoz with the hard caps and refill quick and easy with the condom method. Everyone says the soft caps are so much easier but am I supposed to just pop the rubber piece out of the mouthside and fill the foam to full? I don't want to ruin them just starting out.

A lot of people use the condom fill method on the soft caps as well. I personally pop of the top and drip juice into them. I don't think there is any risk of ruining them by filling incorrectly. I have over filled them a little and had to blow some of the extra juice out to prevent it from bubbling out of the mouthpiece or dripping down into the auto bat. I like dripping in much more than condom fill.
