They don't work on my Prodigy V1's 510 adapter, if that helps at all.

Is that the brass or SS adapter?

The ones I got from Vapor Kings don't fit the Protege 1.1 (SS) 510 adapter. I had to revert back to my V1 (brass) model.

What's funny is the 510 -> KR808 adapter I bought won't fit a SS adapter, but will fit my stripped out brass adapter.

I guess I might look into using these on my backup BB.

For the 1.1 stainless adapters, PS tightened the threads to help with the stripping problem some experienced with the brass adapters. The downside is that only true Joye 510s will fit on these.

Steve has said the threads will relax over time. But I don't use mine anymore, so I can't verify that. I've switched to the 901/mini adapter and use only 808 cartomizers and LR 901s on my Protege. My 1.1 510 adapter is sitting in my parts box.

Now I'm at a crossroads - do I purchase all my gear based on what the PS products can take; which is turning out to be a very narrow selection; or do I change my primary vaping device so I can take advantage of all the other gear out there?

For the record, an 801 -> 510 adapter works just fine for using 510 cartos on both my Prodigy V1 and V2. So, an easy workaround is quite available.

It's not ideal, but it's an option.
