I know the last thread about this was deleted but I just got my batteries for my super6 and I threw on a 510 cart. It wouldn't fire. Its working great with my 901s.

Regards,

Is this one of those new aluminum bottomed ones? If so, i tested one a customer sent me and worked for me (it didn't work for him too)however, i did notice you need to tighten it harder then a brass bottomed atomizer and i suspect it may be because the aluminum bottom vs. Brass bottom and i suspect they don't make as good an electrical connection. Try cleaning off the bottom contact of the cart (aluminum oxidizes really quickly and can created a almost white powedery layer). Then re-install and tighten it firmer then you would a normal 510. See if that works and let me know.

As a side note, i did order a brand new one of those 510 carts last saturday and am still waiting to get it in, when i do, i will test it too and report back.

The only problem i have is some 510 atomizers fit and others dont, it could be the aluminum top or the threading on some atomizers! Not a big issue though.

Do you know what kind of atomizers they were that didn't fit? Are any of them aluminum bottomed ones too? If not, what kind of brass ones weren't fitting?

Yes David... I have had a problem with a regular Carto NOT an atty.....But all i did was just screw it on a bit tighter and that's it..... It worked fine after that....I honestly believe that these Cartos are all different depths that's why i had a problem with one....But like i said, I just screwed it on a little bit tighter and That's it..... But not too tight though,Cause i think if i would have kept tightening it would have broke.....Just a little tighter then usual is all you need .... Hope that helps:)

Do you mean the new 510 cartos or 901 cartos?

Davis they are brass. I only have an issue with one TW atty and a LR atty from Nhaler.

Was it a single attie and did you have more of the same brand to test if the other ones fit? Sorry to twenty question you, just want to isolate the problem:)
