I don't think you'll find anywhere that sells them besides an ecig site, but good luck with that.

I don't know that all the commercially-available ones are made in China, but you can make your own. Map Vapes has a tutorial on this, or there is a wealth of information here on ECF about making your own. The general consensus, though, is that between the cost of the parts and the labor involved, it makes more sense just buying a connector from Mad Vapes (or somewhere else).

Is there a specific reason you'd like to avoid buying a Chinese part? Also, is there a specific reason you'd like to buy from a non-ecig site? I can't speak for others, but I like to give business to anyone offering ecig supplies in the US at fair prices, even if they sell Chinese parts.

PS: Regarding your avatar - I had no idea Seth Green was a soccer player!

Sealed means the positive post in the center of the connector doesn't have a hole in it, (or the hole is filled in). Not sealed means there's a hole in the center post.

Not sealed is good for a juice box mod, where you pump juice into the atty through the center post. Sealed is good for everything else, as it prevents juice from running down into the mod/battery/case/whaetver. You can seal a non-sealed post by just filling it with solder, (remove post from outer connector part so you don't melt the bushing that insulates it).
