510/ego to vgo adapter?

Anyone know where to find this? My better half uses a Triton setup, I'd like to move her over to a more adaptable battery but still use the tanks and heads that she already has, hence the need for an ego or 510 connection adapter to support vgo threading for the triton tanks.

You become this adapter in every good sorted shop.
I only know German Shops so i cant post much, but there nearly every Shop has this adapters.

I have one of these, it works for the Halo cartomizers and the mini tanks, but not for the Triton tanks.
