I have some of those and I've opened one of them so far. That glued in plug is very hard to get out, I ended up breaking the plastic piece in the process.
I don't have one right in front of me, but you should be able to. I can use a drip tip on one. As far as getting the cap off, hold it in some boiling or near-boiling water for about 45 seconds or so and then pry it off.
