510 Janty charger (dura c?) issues

Hey guys.

I plugged my usb chager into the wall last night (ac adapter) and the light was still red when I woke up.

However, in my half-asleepness, I am not sure if I took out the "charged" battery this morning... but whichever one I did use it went dead

Regardless.. should the charger turn green when its done?

Actually those chargers go green and then blink red every four seconds. Why? I don't know, but if you see any green, it's done. Constant red is still charging.
