just wanted to let everyryone know how their service is I recived a pcc with a note telling me the pcc dont work wright its a tempporay it will charge but the lights dont work right, ill get a new one as soon as they get some - my usb charger connector thing was real louse in plastic housing, put in computer twice and it broke ,They said they didnt want me to have to weight any longer for my order thats why temporay, so it took 3 emails to get repply they said have to mail it all back to get it fixed . so now it gonna take i dont know how long but they didnt want me to weight .I dont belive that , I think they thought i might keep pcc just so i didnt have to go through any hassel . i dont think ill every buy frome them again .:mad: so now im gonn buy a charger frome some one else

They have posted a few days ago about the pcc lights not working and that as soon as the new ones came in they were gonna replace them. I have had pretty good luck with them. I have placed two orders got them within 10 days.

Replaced a bad battery for me fairly quickly as well. I will be ordering more from them once the EVO's get back in stock...gotta get my ECOpure!

ya their gonna replace it but thats not the point i had to buy a new charger so i can use my e cigs while their replacing it they could of at least sent me a usb charger to charge my e cigs ,im not gonna keep the broken one , ya it was nice of them to send me a loner pcc but i still have to go with out while its being replaced , and they could of sent the return envelope when they sent the kit ,they already new i had to send that back ,their loss i just bought a new charger and a five pack of battries not from them .

So a supplier who realises that he has received a bad batch from the manufacturer (which is obviously not his fault), sends you stuff on a temporary loan just to be going on with.... and you complain about it.

Yes, sure, it's not good that things aren't up to scratch, but the supplier realised this before he sent it to you and pointed this out to you, and is also doing what he can to sort it out.

What is the other option? Not to send it to you at all and wait until fresh stock arrives. Is that what you would have preferred?

FFS, I'm getting a bit fed up reading so many people complaining about suppliers when things go wrong when the supplier is clearly doing their best to rectify things that have happened outside of their control.

they could of gave me a choice of canciling my order outher companies /that dont have things in stock dont just take your money without asking and send broke items to you as far as i know ., and i did say it was nice of them to send it ,its just things are broke and im not happy abought it . i had to buy anouther charger so i can use the ecigs while returning if their trying to do every thing possible i wouldnt off . wers the dam spell check lol
