510 kit Nic included?

I have a friend that needs a little help. She bought some crap kit from a keosk for too much $$ BUT it got her off smoking and now she's on 0% !! I wanna buy her a nice 510 manual starter kit and PCC but dont wanna have to make her wash out the polyfill prior to adding 0% juice. She has a heart condition thats aggrivated by nicotine and I dont want any slip up's Umm little help?
