Don't know whether the Hello 016 is a true 3.7v or not. If not the LRcarto would be worth a try.

It kooks like the Hello battery voltage is about the same as an eGo, etc.

Fully charged no load is 4.06 volts
3.0 ohm load is 3.08 volts
