510 MAP Tank coming back?

It says they're made to order but not in stock. I try to sign-up for notice and it fails so I'm wondering if there is some special ordering process for the MAP tank I'm missing? Or if the CoV MAP tank is available elsewhere? -Magnus

I've only purchased mine from COV.

Last I've heard he usually gets them in stock on Tuesdays; however I have seen them show up at other times.

It's not that, I choose the "Notify Me!" button and it doesn't do anything. Nowhere to enter my email.

I guess I'll try from my phone or from a Wintel box next. If you say it works, must be my browser/proxy setup. -Magnus

Are you logged into the COV web site when you hit the notify me button?

When you click on "notify me" button it should take you to another page that has a place to enter your email address, if you’re logged in it should already have your email address in the email field. Maybe your browser pop up blocker is preventing this.

Bruce should be able to help you with this.

I would PM Bruce and explain this situation to him; he may even hold one for you if you had issues with the “notify me” option and it was not your fault.

I'm not sure if you are aware of the following regarding the DIY mini MAP tank.

The DIY Mini MAP-Tank E2 Mod. Just the Tank and endcaps with O-rings in place. To complete it you need a Regular E2 Carto and a tube cutter to cut both the carto and the drip tip tube from the carto shell.

It's probably better to get more regular MAP tanks out to people that don't have one yet, then to use up parts for the DIY mini MAP tank.

Waiting isn't a problem for me.
