I haven't tried the mega battery for the 510 yet. I am thinking about getting a slew of them, but need the feedback on them. If there quality is even questionable, then I don't want to carry them. Anyone having gooooooood luck with them?
I got a kit from TW back in November and Im still using the batts I got originally. I did order more just so that I would have backups, since my kit came with a 5batt charger and the kit only came with 3...I had holes to fill ya know? I havent had any problems other than an on average vape time (moderate vape) of about 3 hours, but thats just a 510 thing. I hear most any batts on a 510 dont last very long. I am happy with mine. They are all around a good deal I think. My .02

dude they rock. All i use now. last about 5 - 6 hours heavy
Where did you get your mega batts and what is your charging method (ie: do you charge before they die, how long did u initially charge them, how long do you charge them now, do you pull them off when the charger goes green or do you have a particular time..stuff like that?) Im happy with mine and they last about 3 hours on moderate vaping, it would rock to have 5 hours without spending more on a mod!

If you're talking for your business, I would think that would be a good move. In fact, if you packaged them as a kit, I think they'd be a big hit. As it is, TW's the only one offering and while they really pack the kit with a lot of good stuff and it's likely worth the price, it's not a 'starter's' kit. A Joye510 kit that replaced the regular batts with megas if the price only reflected the difference in batteries would sell. KR8 are packaging 280 and 360mAh in their kits, no reason why the 510 couldn't be so packaged. The difference between a regular batt and a mega at retail - heaven gifts - is $3.90. If cignot can sell no box 510 starter kits for $35, I would think someone could sell a no box mega starter kit for @$41-43 and make a good profit.

If you're talking personal - I'd get a pack of 5 but eventually people are likely to move on to mods where the regular batteries and even the megas don't get as much use, unless there's a consideration on 'looks'. But they are the best transition to mods for the 510, imo. They last me 3 1/2 to 4 hours. I'll take a few of them out rather than use a PCC.

Yes, I would concur with the package deal.. I have shopped for a good deal as a package that included the mega but there simply is not one available. The market could certainly use this type of a upgraded package and for the price.. I would think that there would not be much difference between adding ten to fifteen bucks on top of the usual package for such a deal. As a comparison, I would think that most people would jump at a package deal knowing that the mega batteries pretty much double the life of use and they stand to be more convenient than a PCC. I use my Mega.. and instead of carrying 5 or 6 regular batteries and my pcc to make it through a work day.. I simply grab 3 Mega batteries and I'm off. There is a big enough difference to consider these very marketable and a better product.. Yet, I would agree that your concern for whether they are for everybody can still be an issue... I think in time, while more folks try these things out and find the difference .. then, there would be no question. But, to give you more of an indication, I would also say that more people would stand to try them as a package deal and if you did so, you would already have one foot in the door.
Just my thoughts.. Have a good one.

I usually leave them on the charger all night, and grab it before work. They last through work, and about 2 hours after i get home.

Kent I so think you hit a nail on the head here, a smart shopper can do better staying away from these starter kits and just ordering what they want ala cart. The problem is people just starting dont know what they want. Back to the topic I would say yes mega batts are worth it and could be sold. However a smart shopper can get them at a pretty bargin at HG. I do pretty much agree with everything I seen kent post though.
