Industrial strength velcro this time. Sticking real well. Positioned to allow easy change of bottles. Room for extra atty in case.
I reworked the cart feed system a bit for the mobile. Spiked end cut on a now thinner tube, and then fed it through further, pulling the tip down and pointing it at the atty. Kinda tricky to get it to bend down as it hits the opposite wall of the cart, but made a quick little tool for this out of the top of a thin wire coat hanger. But can't go too far, or will be touching atty bridge. Brought back the spring idea, slipped spring over the tip of tube, then put in the lower polyfill. Kept upper polyfill.
The new tip is something I just got from madvapes that came on their new (or this batch of) blank 510 carts. I took one look at that end cap, and thought now that might be cool as a draw tip. Especially since it is like soft plastic rubber or something, and feels better than the hard edges of plastic in your mouth from the usual 510 cart. Just got to drill one tiny hole. Yup, it does, at least to me.
The reason I was looking for an additional draw tip was because it appears that the more air and distance you can leave between the upper filler and the draw tip, the better your protection against flooding up there. So I thought maybe an extended tip of some kind might help to increase that distance and airspace. And this new tip does just that if you don't put it on all the way. Fits tight enough to do that, too. Groovy.
And also Mad Props to madvapes.
Those guys are well, going above and beyond. If all businesses did business like them, I'd have a real hard time trying to make a choice.
As to the case, I just had to do it for 7.85 at WalMart when I saw it- and now I can read better too. I am amazed at how perfect the fit is with a 510 Mega. It even has it own holder, which gets the velcro for both my lower "vaping station" and the car:
