510 mega vs 808d reg

I know they are both listed at 280, and are the same on paper, but who do they compare in application.

I know the KR808 is a true 3.7v under load. I would assume the 510 would be like it's smaller cousin and be around 3.3./3.1v under load, just higher mAh.
