510 mod

Hi All.

Has anyone taken apart their 510 manual batteries? I'd love to see what that looks like, especially at the button area. Would it be hard to take the button off so that a different switch could be placed elsewhere (eg on a different housing)?

It is a TINY little thing soldered to a small piece of contact board. You're best bet would be to get a small tactile switch with wires already on it from an old vcr or radio or something. I have removed the switch from a Yangs manual switch that collapsed and I'm sure they are the same. I am waiting for one of my Dura-Cs to die so I can use the switch and body for a mod, Hope you are good with that soldering iron,Haha. It is Tiny.
