rockey mountain comes out cheaper unless you're buying a lot... because it's free shipping, while eastmall requires a minimum $50 order and charges shipping.

i haven't had experience with either yet, but based on what i've read either works fine.. autos are probably more newbie friendly, so maybe you might want that. i'd rather start out with the manual anyways though.

Take my advice...start with the manual...Eastmall has both 510 and 901 manual styles now....and RockyMountains 510 is a good choice as well...the manuals will last longer and serve you better!IMO:)The Wiz!

    Somewhere between here and there
I would definitely recommend the 510 with manual batts. I bought two kits and love it. Good throat hit and usually quite a bit of vapor. I would recommend either Drew at Nhaler or Rockymountainvapor. I got fast shipping from both. I like nhaler even though he charges shipping. He usually sends little extras with my orders and is quick to respond to emails and ships quick. Either one though would be a good option. Also, the kit from nhaler comes with some liquid too.

i am a newb as well... although i got penstyles. the 801 & janty classic. the 801 is basically the same as the 901 but pen style.. i would reccommend the 901.
Phinneyk.......I do not see any similarities at all between the 801 and 901...both provide different vaping experiences!:)The Wiz!

Hey wiz - I have 510's, but heard here on the board that 901 gives more flavor - you say that is a rumor. Is that from experience? I was actually considering buying a 901 just to see (I don't really need a new pv, just addicted to this stuff). Do you give up anything with the 901?
maryjo.....I used a 901 exclusivly for my first 3 months..what I have found that what you give up with the 901 is a lesser throat hit....but I honsetly find no difference in flavor at all.I am sceptical to see whether the manual 901's will deliver the same hit that the 510's do...but I don't have one to try as of yet for comparrison. They both produce flavor...The 510 just produces the better hit IMO:)The Wiz!

I have a 510 and a 901.The 510 is a great vapor producer and so is the 901(even with the auto batt.)The only difference I have noticed is the air flow of drag resistance. The 901 atty seems to have better air flow this may affect your individual perception of taste.Although I haven't noticed a taste difference the air flow is obvious in the 901 even if you use 510 carts. The 510 is my on the go vape thanks to the pcc.The 901 gets more use at home until the batteries go dead then it's the 510 on a passthrough.
