I own both. I was "Smart" enough to buy a trial 510 when it was on sale for mothers day or something to that effect.

I still go to my 910. Why? The atty burns SUPER hot. I have never cared for it to be THAT hot. I mean seriously hot enough that on a cool windy day, that it is noticeable.

My 901 stays relatively cool, produces insane amounts of vapor, and I have just RECENTLY as in the last day killed my very first atty for the 901. All of my batteries are still great. Although I will admit that one of my batteries's connections is coming loose from the black tube. Dunno. Might make a mod for this one. I dont know for sure yet.

OVerall... I dont see what the big fascination is with the 510. I suppose it is fine if that is all your thing, but when it comes down to it I will continue to love on my 901.

i love my 510 over my 901, reason? unlike your 901 mine doesnt put out that much vapor with the normal battery it comes with. now if i use my battery box with my 901 atty i get plenty of vapor but thats probably do to me being able to just hold the button down for as long as i want.

i hear alot about the 510 atty getting really hot. i only have 1 510 atty that does this, not sure why the others dont( 1 out of 3) the only thing i dont like about my 510 is the little baby carts.

To each their own I suppose... But everyone who has been tried my 510, and my 901 even say that they like the 901 better.

Interesting case and point.

Calin took my Mustang, and I down to get the Mustangs safety and emissions done. I am laughing and vaping the entire time certain that she wouldnt pass (surprise surprise she did). One of the techs says "Hey Is that one of those electronic cigerette things?" I hold out my 510 and say that yes it is. We get into talking about it, and I offer it to him, explaining how to hold down the button and all that rot. He gave me a funny look afterwards and said "Uh Is that the light version?" (the juice was NHaler's 555) I said "Oh I am sorry. Here try this model instead it is the 901?. He tries that one and actually likes it.

I gave him the link to this website, and the websites to several dealers.

The endless debate may be coming to an end... :D

Not likely :) But with a manual switch on the 910, now more can have those attys that burn Super hot. Hanging on the button is what does that btw. :)
