will a 5v pt kill my blu atty?

I haven't had a problem when I tried it. The 5v PT I have won't let me use a lr atty. it just simply blinks. Must need a certain amount of resistance to work. I liked that it wouldn't allow me to chance blowing the lr atty.

Not that I have seen. All the info I have is from extensive reading and experimentation. I'm sure someone has compiled this info somewhere.

Ok so I bought the Volcano Pt even though We all agreed it wasnt so good. It lasted 3 weeks then I took it apart and soldered it so now it works fine It dosnt really matter anyway cause I bought a Chuck and its way better than anything so far. I love this thing. Thanx again Bert
