I am now a month Analog Free, Awesome!!!!

And I still love my Blu/Volcano.
And yes, I've tried a 510.

I vaped my Blu/Volcano side by side with a 510B disposable (same juice).
Now as I understand, the disposable is pretty much the same as the real deal right? As far as vapor volume/TH.
I didn't really see any difference, if anything, the Blu's vapor was better (IMO). Just as much volume, and seemed like better TH. And an easier draw.

I've been using the PTB mod in my Blu/Volcano for over 3 weeks now, and it works great.
I tried the PTB on the 510, and it leaked like crazy.
I get an occasional leak with the Blu, but only when stored upside down or on it's side.
But with the 510/PTB, it leaked on the first try. BADLY...
On the 510, I don't like that you can't visually inspect how much juice is still in the cart.

Things I like about Blu/Volcano

1. Size. Most people complain about it's small size, so batteries don't last, not much juice in the cart, etc... But that doesn't bother me. The small size makes it perfect for carrying around. And it feels more like a real cigarette. The PCC more than makes up for the short battery life.

2. The PCC. Correct me if I'm wrong, but at the moment the Blu/Volcano PCC is the only PCC on the market that stores a fully assembled Ecig (probably because the Blu is so small). That's a BIG +++ for me.

3. Elegance. To me, it just seems more elegant/stylish.

4. USB Passthrough. That's not unique to Blu/Volcano, but there it is. The Volcano USB passthrough works great. I think it's actually made for the MAGMA, which means it's a 510. But whatever, it works.

5. The Volcano Atty works much better than the Blu. Gives better vapor.

Negatives...not many.

1. No manual batteries. I would think that would be resolved sooner or later. The Auto Battery is sensitive to wind, but If you store it in the PCC, it doesn't matter.

2. Frequent refilling. This isn't that big of a deal to me. The work/hobby aspect is part of what makes it so easy to not smoke analogs. It keeps your mind and body occupied. But I can prefill 5 carts and put them in the PCC, and that will last me all day. No biggy.

So I'm sticking with my Blu. Although, it's probaby technically a Volcano now since I'm using that Atty.

If anything, I'll probably get a Chuck at some time in the future for the times when I really need battery life. Like a weekend camping trip or something.

And since the 510 Atty works on the Blu Battery, I may try out the 510 Cartomizers, I hear cool things about them.

Anyway, just thought I'd put up a thread in favor of Blu.

Yep, after about 5 more hours of side by side vaping with the same juice..
I'm convinced, I like the Blu better.

The only thing I can see the 510 holds over the Blu is Battery Life.
But I have my PCC which can hold an assembled ecig, where the 510 PCC cannot.
So that advantage is Moot.

I see no difference in vapor Volume/Flavor/TH. If anything, Blu's seems a bit better.

I asked specifically in another thread over in the 510 model specific forum, if the 510B disposable is pretty much the same as a 510 purchased from say cignot.com. Referring to vapor only, not batteries, chargers, carts/cartos, all the extra stuff. Just the basic vapor production functionallity.
By using the 510B disposable, am I getting a good example of the vaping experience as compared to an actual 510 ?

I haven't gotten an answer one way or another.
