510 Passthrough not working

I ordered the 510 pass through from Altsmoke about 2 weeks ago. I just tried it for the first time today at work, since my co-worker isnt here today. For some reason, the thing doesnt seem to work at all. It doesnt power the atty at all. No vapor from the 510. I figured there are sure to be a few duds in the batch, and I think I got one. Just wondering what I need to do about this. On a side note, I love the 510 I bought form Altsmoke. The best e-cig I have!!!

Send Rob an email and he will get you a replacement. My first one from him was DAO as well. But after I contacted him I had a new one in my hands two days later. That one is working fine.

Ok, thanks for the advice. Rob is a great seller. I am more than pleased with my other Altsmoke products. I just passed out 3 of his buisness cards today to a few people that liked my e-cig.

Ya I started testing them before I send them out, seems there was a lot of either bad units or bad batteries. But the ones that work, work good Shoot me and email to remind me when I get home and I will send out a replacement

and ahhhhhhhh BLISS!! I spend ALOT of time in front of computer, this thing is a gem! I am sorry you had an issue but Rob is awesome and he will fix you up ASAP I am ure!
