Silver bullet problem

I have a coworker who just bought a silver bullet a couple months ago and bought a vivi nova tank from altsmoke and it cracked off down inside the threading. He tried to get it out himself and now the threading is destroyed. Is this unit able to be sent back for a fee and have the 510 connector replaced or could he buy a new top?

Sorry to hear of the issue. He needs to open up a support ticket and we'll get him the address to send the unit back for repair. We don't charge for the repairs themselves
