510 pcc trouble charging

So, does anyone have a problem with the lid not holding the battery tight enough in the case to charge the battery?

I just got my case today, and no, I didn't have any trouble. I remember seeing some postings on this though so you should be able to find them with a search.

I've read that some 510 batteries are a trifle shorter than others and can have trouble making good contact in the case. An easy fix is to apply a small patch of foam tape to the inside of the lid to take up the extra space.

Mine is great... no problems. I too recall seeing a thread on shorter batteries and PCC problems ....maybe they have a mod for it

I have the same problem, but it is easily fixed by putting one of your empty cart caps (or the cart condom as it is also called) on the top of the battery and then closing the case. Problem solved.

The old ones had this problem, I have bought a newer one and it doesn't. Look slike you got one from an old batch maybe?

If the lid is not fitting correctly than you can bend it back to shape since its only thin sheet.

If the lid is fine, then as someone said put an empty cart condom on or use a sticky pad which is easier

Easiest and best solution. Mine's a little finicky and this is what I did to ensure a good seal.

Haven't had that problem but mine is hard to pop open. When it does open it pops so hard the battery flies out.
