Until someone from Puresmoker can jump in here tomorrow, here are a few suggestions...
~ Make sure the atomizer has a few drops of liquid
~ Fully depress the switch
~ Don't over-tighten the adapter
~ Don't over-tighten the atomizer
~ Try a new atomizer
~ Try a different power source (wall usb plug, PS3 usb plug, etc)

What are you plugging it into?
If your plugging it into a computer's USB port and it's to spec with USB I'm no expert but USB 2.0 only allows 100mA and original USB 1.0 even less which I don't think is enough to operate the atty.

I have a PT on order and have ordered one of these USB Dual Power Adapter, its a wall plug to USB with 2a output on one port, also very cheap, 3.95 shipped.
Hopefully, someone with a little more knowledge can chime in or dig around here and you'll probably find what you need to get vapin with it! Good luck friend!

make sure you have the battery in the box and plugged into the back of your computer. The battery will need up to 24 hours to charge. After 24 hours it should work much better.

I think Cell is mistaking the PS passthrough for other cheaper models which do use a battery.
My bad...I didn't realize this was in the Puresmoker sub forum. I was talking about the standard 510 passthrough, not Puresmoker's.
