Thought this would be an amusing mod.....:)
So I went and ordered a few from DX. It is a Romisen RC-A6 its a 2X 10440 version of the Romisen RC-A8 (aka screwdriver). I used only 1 10440 as 2 batts would have made it 2+ inches longer. Its a little longer then a regular SD and the 10440's only have 360mAh but I thought it would be kinda cool looking.

nice mod! how long before you have to change batteries ?

I haven't vaped on it long enough to see but its probably twice the usage you would get out of a reg e-cig, and half what you get out of a regular SD. I have some 10440 500mAh coming so that should ad to usage. I wasnt looking to make a long lasting mod just thought this would be interesting to make.

ahh
sorry i meant the bottom button. i like the size of this a was wondering if i could get a push in down there?

Sorry funky I don't understand what your talking about. If your asking about on/off buttons the bottom of the mod has the original on/off click. The manual button is up by the Atomizer connector.

The bottom button on these little devils look like they are stamped in. I don't think they screw out. Really a small deep hole to be working in. Not saying cannot be done though.

cisco, can you tell us where you got the top adaptor piece (the gold part with the batt connection)?

The adapter was made on a lathe and I only made one. The threaded insert is from an EVO USB charger, the small molded one with no cable.http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modders-forum/18322-510-atomizer-adapter-modding.html. The EVEO adapter is pressed in from the back side of the brass fitting. The atomizer is also recessed into the fitting.
510/40x have reversed compatible threads. The nice thing about the adapter
from the evo charger is the 510 atty doesn't thread in completely so there is no need to machine notches for air flow.
