The tubes are the same. The Fusion started out as a 510 tube fused to an 801 base hence the name Fusion. In my standard length tank I use the punched 801 Fusion without any problems. I don't know how they would work with 100% VG because I use 100% PG. It shouldn't be a problem though. I can't use VG it gives me terrific headaches. The tank on the left has a regular sized Fusion in it and a regular 901 to 801 adapter. I have since put an 801 topcap on that PV so it fits closer now without the adapter.

I use the 510's for the looks factor, but the 801's, right now at least, are far and away the better carto. I wish my Provari was 801 threaded!

I like the 801 threads on my never failing Buzz Pro.:toast: It's a little dirty right now but here's how they fit on an 801 cap.

I like the 801 fusions so much that I'll use a whatever-to-801 adapter without thinking truce about it. I do this, for instance, on my backup car twist pv.

Of course, for my BP I follow 5cs' lead, use a native 801 cap. These are sweet cartos, zero leak issues when used with a good tank.

(I'm slow to change, really like the draw on the 801 fusion.)

hear you about "slow to change" Mark. The past week I have been demoing many many liquids with charts ( would never recommend using liquids in this fashion. No effects yet, but it's important to make that clear.) This company Nicopure sent us a substantial amount of liquids for sampling. I think the next contest will be liquid based

I'd like to see regular length 510 fusions thou the 801 is my first love.
I totally agree Frannie. I'm afraid they won't be on this batch coming though. They would be taking time from production and people are getting pretty restless already. The previous batch took forever because of the Mini Fusion tanks which were all difficult to use because of the rushing. I just didn't want to stall on this order either. I'll begin on them when our order ships. My sweet friend over there would stall on the order if we go back into development this late, because she thinks it would make me happy to receive everything :D Very considerate but sometimes love can hurt.
