Hi guys, think I've got my 5 posts that'll post in other forums so here goes.. to cut a long story short, I went out on a work night out last week, took my 510 out with me and tucked a spare batt in my pocket just in case.. I didn't end up needing it but I got back to my hotel and crashed on the bed with the battery still in my pocket (yes, I was too drunk to undress myself!)

I can only guess that I fell asleep laying on my pocket and the button was pressed down all night long, basically the battery light is stuck on and if I put an atomizer on it and press the button then nothing happens but the button still has that tactile 'click' to it.

Any ideas on what I can do to resurrect it? other than waiting for the light to drain the battery (which I presume will take a very long time... !) and seeing how it'll respond to being recharged?

To add insult to injury, I lost the little plastic tips on both batteries I took out! :( luckily I have one spare but the battery with issues remains tip-less!

sorry for the double post but I had a quick search on google which led me to a thread back here, someone had the same issue and one suggestion was to give it a whack, thread side down, on a hard surface. Seems to have done the trick except the battery now flashes 2 or 3 times intermittently - seems to work with an atomizer in again tough so I'll mark it as potentially duff and keep it around for emergencies I guess :)

Still, any info would be good if anyone out there knows anything about the issue!

i had my batts stick only to find when i cut it open to use the threaded end for a diy mod that e liquid has slowly migrated down to the switch so if i had known this i would have tried using an air nozzel or caned air to blow into the end where the light is or both ends if possible, mine would turn on by them selves i thought i had ghost
