As far as actually being able to attach your 510-T atty to an eGo battery, yes you can. The question is the ohms of the atty. The 510-T has, at best, around 220 mAhs; whereas the eGo battery has from 650 mAh and up. I'm not positive (as I don't know what ohms atty you are corrently using), but you could burn your 510-T atty by putting it on an eGo or Twist battery, because you're heating it higher than intended. I know for a regular eGo battery you want to be somewhere around 2.0 ohms, and I've heard people with the Twist say they like somewhere around the 3.0 ohms.
