Was the battery working fine before you tried to charge it?

Did you check to make sure the end of the battery and the charger have no eliquid on them? Use a tissue and check the little valleys too.

Does the charger work fine with your other battery? And are you sure this battery is discharged enough to need charging?

Try unplugging the charger from power and plug it back in then try putting the battery in again.

If it an auto battery, did any juice spill on the end of the battery? (that can damage an auto battery some manual batteris but not 510 manual batteries since those are totally sealed metal on the threaded end)

Also - is this Joye brand or a clone? I would avoid 510 clones.

If you have a USB input on the front of your PC, try plugging that in, and then slowly screwing the battery in to it. Some batteries take a little wiggling to make the connection properly and realize that they're on the charger. Once it makes connection, the battery LED should flash a few times and then the charger LED should turn red.

None of that happens?

I'm afraid that I don't have a whole lot more to add. I would recommend contacting the vendor you bought it from and seeing if they will replace the charger (Which they should, if they're a reputable vendor).

The charger itself is simple. Screw the battery on, plug it in (in no particular order) and wallah. If that's not working, it's likely that there's something wrong with the charger itself, probably the USB part. Except for the fact that it's 1am CST, you should be able to open a ticket with your vendor and get it resolved tomorrow.

Best of luck! Don't give up on it just because of this though. We're all given little stumbling blocks through our life that serve to test our resolve. The vaping world is a very tight-knit community that honestly wants to help one another, so, hang in there, you won't regret it.

(That sounded a bit preachy, didn't it?)
