How do I know when my KR808D1 battery is fully charged??

I just bought a kr808d1 starter kit. The charger is 2 pieces. the first piece is the part that plugs into the wall. The other part is the USB part that the battery screws into. Now, when plugged in, the wall charger part has a a red light, and the USB has a green light on. Green to me usually means that it is fully charged, but I just took it out of the package. Are either of the lights supposed to go off? Turn a different color??

Any help would be great!!

PS: I normally would not ask such a silly question, but the instructions were obviously translated from chinese and make no sense at all!!

I don't have a KR8* , but the charger should act the same wayas a 510 or eGo charger:
Usually the wall plug light will stay red indicating it has power. The USB charger should turn red when you attach the battery and turn green when the battery is charged. Sounds to me that the battery is charged or the charger is faulty. BTW batteries are usually shipped with "some" charge but usually not fully charged. Go ahead and use the battery then try to recharge it. You won't hurt the battery, the whole memory thing is pretty much a myth.
