I wanna get a usb passthrough for my manual 510. I eventually wanna get the really nice one from pure smoker but don't have the money right now. :( So I would like to get a less expensive one for the time being. Can someone plz recommend a decent one? I here some have batteries and some don't not sure what the diff. is? Any help would be great :D

All passthroughs for the 510 should pretty much be identical (if they have the battery pack) unless it's a custom mod or something. Healthcabin has them for $11.00, but you'll have to wait for delivery.

I got mine from rocky mountain vapor $15
Rocky Mountain Vapor USB Passthru

WTF. I just checked out their website. Free shipping over $14? I can spend $14 on just juice. And he's got a very extensive selection of liquids. Prices are actually very reasonable.

Geeze. And like 3 days after I just placed my monthly order. I'll definitely be checking them out next time. Okay, so I really just want a black 510 battery with a green light. Is that so wrong! =)

Kellie, the standard 510 USB passthru might work for you but it didn't work for me. I went back to my batteries instead of continuing the passthrough. I charged the inline battery up overnight, same thing, the vape I was getting was noticeably better with the battery. It maybe the very thin cables or the inline battery restricting something. Didn't spend much time trying to figure it out.

At least I know I have the standard 510 USB if I have an emergency, at least until my puresmoker passthrough shows up.

There is a big difference between running a passthrough from a 300 miliamp charger and a 1 amp outlet. I don't know what the output is on various computer or monitor usb ports. I have one monitor where it is too low - hardly any power and the other that works just fine. But for wall and car lighter plugs, if you get the ones rated 1 amp or 1 amp per outlet ('2000 ma max' on dual usb) then they run just like a regular 510 battery. Vaping heavy on one right now off the computer's front usb.
