510 USB passthrough

Bought my 510 usb passthrough on 10/10/09, been using it pretty heavily and it went out a few days ago. Believe the battery has just been charged too much and died. Any ideas what kind of battery it is and where to get a replacement?

They use a 10440 li-ion cell.
