The only difference is the name.

Many suppliers have their products branded. The 510 is made by joyetech. The Janty Dura C is another. There will be copies out there, there always are when a good product appears on the market.

The brands mentioned are all most certainly ones I have heard of.

Basically buy from a recommended supplier and you will be ok.

Actually there is a new 510 atty, I believe Innovapor sells it. Do a search on it. I don't have one but others have gotten it. Supposedly has about twice the lifetime as the regular 510 atty. Only a couple sellers have them. Diff is in the make of the heating element inside. At the base of the element inside there is a white surrounding. In a regular 510 atty it looks sort of like white eyeglasses, or figure 8, sort of. In the new model it is a circle.

Threading is the same as the regular, but there seems to be an issue with carts not fitting properly, or maybe regular 510 carts not fitting into the new atty, which is slightly wider. This causes leakage and other issues. Until I get more info about them, I'm sticking with the regular 510 attys. My blue joye 510 attys from e-smokeytreats.com lasted 2 months before dying or getting weak. Having issues with Totally Wicked's Titan 510 attys, the black ones I got seem to die within a week or so. My gold ones from them are going strong after several weeks.

The TW mega batts, however, are excellent. Strong and about 2x time between charges as the regulars.

So yes, 510 hardware is interchangeable. But I am suspecting that their longevity might be variable. And more info from the elders about this would be great!
