bought 2 stainless steel kits from a board member - friend came over to get hers - vaped it 5-6 times - all good - set it down [not on switch] - went to another room and when we came back bag was smoking - battery/atomizer to hot to handle atomizer fryed battery won't recharge - had it been set on paper or something more flammable i wonder what would have happened - now i don't have any faith in second set

Wow, slow down SOX... I was not monitoring this forum for a few days. I just got your PM. I have no reason to avoid your PM. However I did not receive any of your emails.

I am sorry to hear what happened to your unit, but these items we are dealing on ECF classified do not come with guarantees or warranties unless indicated. It's done in honor system.

I try my very best to make sure that the items I sell on ECF are in proper working order before I send them out. Some could be manufacture defect, some could be user fault. However, it will be very difficult to determined what happens after it arrives in the buyers’ hand.

I have been using the same 510 model that you have and had no issues. I got rid of a good amount of my stash through ECF classified including a few of the same 510 kits you now have. So far, this is the first issue I encountered.

I am sure you are aware that these e-cigs are not the most reliable electronics in the market today. This is one of the reasons why some retail sites market them with guarantees or warranties with their premium price tag. If there was a hardware issue, I hope you can understand that I did not know about it at the time of the shipping.

However, I am pretty confident that the rest of the units should be in good working order. To be on the safe side be sure to monitor the unit during the vaping sessions and disassemble the unit (battery and atomizer) after each vaping session.

Best I can do for you is to replace your burnt atty and dead battery. I do not have any new batteries left. Send me the burnt atty and dead battery so that I can try to figure out what's wrong and I will replace it with a new atty and used, but functioning battery. Be sure to send your broken unit with tracking to protect both of us. Good luck
