510 with Ego Tank?

If the ego is thread-compatible with all 510 accessories, is the reverse true? i.e. could I use the Ego tank atomizer/tanks with a 501 battery, or does it require a higher power draw than a normal atty?

I'm not sure whether you could adapt an eGo tank or not but, I did see a tank made for the 510 here:

i've heard for a long time about this tank, and an italian website sells it with a little price, i think that is compatible with 510 battery, but i've a ego so i couldn't be more precisious. Does this tank work well? Is it easy to fill and transport?

There are tons of reviews out there and a huge thread. My only other experience is with a really cheap super mini kit that used cartomizers. So, take this for what it's worth. The tank is easy to transport and easy to fill. You can carry multiple tanks and switch while you're out and never fill on the go. However, they aren't all that easy to get really clean and there's a wick inside the atomizer. That wick is REALLY finicky about positioning, if that wick gets out of position, they really don't work well. The problem is that sometimes they come with the wick out of position new. There are some videos that show how to do it.
