I wouldn't worry about 'big' - I think BigDR wants a big manly chuck! And the Vargas girls are tastefully sexy and fun - would make an awesome Chuck custom job!

Is there any need to seal those decals with anything or will they just wear over time?
I wasnt too worried about them wearing off, since the batteries dont last very long anyway....and if they do wear off before the battery dies....they are so cheap you can just slap another one on...but, I dont see why you couldnt hit it with a clear coat or some clear fingernail polish or something.
