I am somewhat a newbie, I just got my first Ego Twist and was wondering if I can use my 510 tank atty on it? Thanks

You shouldn't have a problem with it at all since it's 510 threaded.

You can, no problem. Just don't crank up the voltage too high. It will burn the juice too fast, it won't wick fast enough, and you can get some pretty nasty dry hits.
